Refund Policy

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day money back gaurantee. Simply return the item unused within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping is free. 

  • Delivery charges are not refunded.
  • Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
  • For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@lilynily.com.
